The lowest elemental extractable
fluoroelastomer available. Product is based
on an acid-resistant fluoroelastomer.
Limitations: Avoid strong bases, ketones and amines. Pay close attention to the reduced physical properties in demanding applications. y Chemistry: Terpolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene and a cure-site monomer. Typical Uses: Coater/Developer, Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Cleaning, Resist Stripping, Ion Implant, PVD, Epitaxial Silicon. |
